World Mental Health Day 2025 Resources

Today, on World Mental Health Day, we pause to honor everyone navigating mental health challenges.

Across the country, children, teens, and adults, including those with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and other differences — are struggling to access the care they need. Many families face impossible costs, long waitlists, and difficulty finding clinicians who truly understand neurodivergent minds.

That’s why we do what we do. Through our Mindful Match Program, we connect individuals with specialized therapists who not only understand their needs but offer care on a sliding scale with donor support covering the gap.

Through our Connected Family Community, we ensure that parents and caregivers have connection, expert guidance, live coaching, and a private online network where no one feels alone in the journey.

These programs are our response to the mental health crisis — not just during emergencies, but in everyday life, where too many families are quietly in survival mode.

One example is the 25-year-old who wrote, “When I’m in therapy, I function better in the world. Losing my job has been affecting me more than I realized. It helps me live in hope instead of hopelessness."

That’s the power of access. That’s the impact of compassion in action.

Every day, we see that mental health care isn’t just about treatment; it’s about access, connection, and the belief that no one should have to navigate crisis in isolation.

As we reflect on World Mental Health Day, we honor the courage of those who reach out for help, and the professionals, families, and advocates who make care possible — especially when established systems may fall short.
