The Act of Kindness.

Kindness is more than behavior. The art of kindness involves harboring a spirit of helpfulness, being generous and considerate, and doing so without expecting anything in return.

  • Dream it.

The Association for Global Kindness (AGK) is an active form of giving. Those who join collaborate with one another on AGK teams to make determinations about where and how support is allocated.

  • Build it.

We are all connected. Science shows that as children, we’re biologically wired to be kind and we can further develop this trait with practice and repetition. Sometimes, however, due to outside influences and the stress of our day-to-day lives, we can lose this inherent ability. Anxiety, whether it’s mild nervousness or severe panic, is an extremely common human experience. While there are different ways to reduce anxiety, it turns out that being nice to others can be one of the easiest, most inexpensive ways to keep anxiety at bay.

  • Grow it.

The people who are active in the AGK are the decision-makers. You get to choose who to help, when to help and how to help another in need.

Groups of adults and students get to collaborate, practicing teamwork to decide on where funds or services are needed most for each act of giving.

Working together…can make the world a better place, one act of kindness at a time.

Let the ripple effect begin with you.

Join the movement.

It starts with you. It starts with me. It starts with us. We are all connected. By gathering a group of friends, co-workers, family members, neighbors, and everyone donating what they can…We can make a difference for a child, an adult, a family, a community in need of a little help.
Acts of kindness go a long way.
Thank you for helping!
